Under the grace of the Lord above

And overflowing with His love

If you were hurting, you found a shelter

In Lazarus and Simon’s home

Where grace and kindness safely led

But on a morning, cold and silent

Simon didn’t show to work today

Lazarus felt it in his spirit

Something was wrong along the way

He called for Martha and Maria

"Come on, we have to go and see"

But on the narrow dusty road

They stopped right there, upon their knees

For Simon walked into the distance

With Sarah, looking straight ahead

Dressed like the broken and condemned

Carrying a heavy load of dread

And he cried out: "Don’t come any closer!"

"Don’t take another step, I pray!"

"We’re going to the valley of death

This is the end of our days..."

But who said it’s the end of the story

When God is still upon the throne?

Who said a sickness has the power

To stop the promise He has shown?

If He healed ten lepers in the desert

On that day, making them brand new

And from afar, with broken hearts

They watched them slowly fade away

Into the valley of forgotten souls

Where only pain and shadows stay

But every day they brought them food

With so much love and faithful prayers

Martha, Lazarus, and Maria

Proved that somebody still cares

Maria brought a little grace

A handmade doll, sewn with love

Left gently in that lonely place

But when the basket came back empty

Something else was left inside...

With words of pain they couldn’t hide:

"My friends, our Sarah went to sleep

Today she’s home with God on high..."

The ground turned into heavy tears

And silence fell across the sky

But Lazarus stood up on his feet

Determined, ready for the fight!

He ran across the entire city

Until a wonder caught his eyes

He saw a miracle so great

That took away the fear and lies!

If He healed ten lepers in the desert

I will believe, I will not yield!

If He performed a miracle yesterday

Today it’s gonna be revealed!

No matter what the sickness is

"Let’s run down to the valley now!"

Lazarus shouted through the air

"I saw a man inside the town

Restore ten lepers over there!"

Martha and Maria cried:

"You’ll catch the plague, you're gonna fall!"

But Lazarus answered full of faith:

"Twelve will be healed, He’ll cure them all!"

He ran straight down into the valley

"Simon, where are you? Call my name!"

A weak voice answered from the dark:

"I’m... right... here... come in the same..."

He wrapped him tightly in a blanket

With no more fear of dying there

He carried faith inside his arms

Without a doubt, without a care

[Verse 10]

And when he found the Master’s face

Jesus looked down and asked him low:

"Are you not terrified of death?"

But Lazarus let his love overflow:

"I saw You heal those ten before

So now I come to plead with You

If You could save the ones back then

You can deliver this one too!"

Twelve is the number He will touch!

The impossible upon this earth

He turns around, it’s not too much!

If He has spoken, it is done

If He just touches, it will live

There is no sickness in this world

That His deep mercy can't forgive!

The miracle took place that night

From forty to a hundred kilos

God gave him back his life and light

And there a story was newborn
